Simon is the lead elder and is responsible for preaching and vision. 

Lorrie oversees the women's ministry and children's church.

They have four daughters

Russell is an elder and along with his other roles oversees hospitality. 

Jacquie is our children protection officer.

Ray is an elder and oversees the new believers discipleship.

Andy is a deacon and oversees the School of Ministry Intern program. He plays in the worship team and also leads a Life Group in Swaythling

Tanith and Andy lead "Thirst", the 11-16 youth group

Joe is a deacon and leads a Life Group in Bassett. He also oversees the worship team. 

Ali does a lot of admin for the church.

Chan is a deacon and oversees a life group that meets in Chandler's Ford

Adrian is a deacon and he will probably be one of the first people that you meet on a Sunday morning.
